LANSING - Today Linda Appling, Lansing-Eaton Neighborhood Organization President, announced her endorsement of Andy Schor for Lansing Mayor. The Lansing-Eaton Neighborhood Organization represents the residents of Lansing who live in Eaton County. 

Linda Appling is a former board member of the Eaton County Health and Rehabilitation Services, a member of the Citizens Climate Lobby, and has previously served on the City of Lansing Memorial Review board.

“I appreciate Mayor Schor’s hard work and dedication to the City of Lansing, and his engagement with the area of Lansing within Eaton County. His expertise as Mayor is indicative of the passion he shows for every person of this great City. I look forward to working with  Mayor Schor for another four years as we strengthen all our neighborhoods together under his leadership,” Linda Appling said.

LENO President Linda Appling is one of many prominent community leaders of Lansing to endorse Mayor Schor for reelection. Mayor Schor has a growing list of endorsers. He is joined by Senator Gary Peters, Governor Gretchen Whitmer, nearly a dozen labor unions, small business owner Gregory Eaton, former Mayor Tony Benavides, and many other neighborhood leaders, Lansing and regional elected officials, small business owners, and others. Schor also recently finished the release of his vision for Lansing’s future, which will be updated throughout the campaign trail.
